TICKET RETURNS AND RESALE
Due to continued demand for the transfer of Bella tickets, www.skiddle.com will offer a resale on Tuesday 31st July at 0900. They will place your e-tickets back on sale and if they are resold, they will then refund your order in full following this date. Please note they can only refund/resell full orders, not individual tickets. If your tickets are not resold on this date, they will contact you and reactivate your tickets for your own use. So if you can no longer make Bella, please call Skiddle on 0843 289 3333 who will place your entire order available for resale. Please DO NOT buy Skiddle RapidScan tickets from any other source unless the buyer has performed an official name-change on the order with Skiddle (you can then call us to verify this on 0843 289 3333 before paying any money). Please note, when redeeming Skiddle RapidScan tickets at the event, the validity of every ticket is checked. Skiddle can also see full details of the original purchaser on their scanners and may ask for additional proof of ID. As such it is important to follow the official resale procedures above to avoid disappointment (thanks to The Ross-shire Journal)
TORRID PROSPECT GETS KNICKERS DOING THE TWIST
ONE of these men will find himself the particular centre of attention when folk rock band Torridon hit the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival next week…And that’s because he’ll be taking to the stage wearing nothing more than a pair of women’s knickers. To mark Torridon’s appearance on the Hothouse on saturday, the band are running a hot pants forfeit — which will result in one of the sextet appearing on stage scantily attired in just a pair of ladies pants. Members of the public have the ultimate say through a simple online vote — and it’s frontman Kenny Smith who is sweating it at the moment! He explained: “We want to make it a gig to remember so we decided to run a competition on our website. We are asking our fans to vote for which member of the band they would like to see wearing nothing but hot pants on stage.” The band’s line up is, Kenny Smith, guitar and vocals, Mathew Cameron, mandolin and vocals, Kenny Lyall, drums, Glyn Evans, bass, Graham Bell, accordion and Iain Dunnett, pipes. Votes can be registered at a click on the Torridon Facebook page, found via their websitewww.torridonlive.com. All six will be left on tenterhooks until the eve of the gig, with votes closing at 1500 on Friday, August 3rd.

SMART MAN
Matthew Ogston from Kiltarlity is a man who likes to think ahead. His parents have sent us this picture of him preparing for Bella. He’s clearly been brought up well by his parents as all young people should have their hearing protected from loud music.
