BELLA 2022 THEME ANNOUNCED

_{We are absolutely delighted to announce that our theme for Bella 2022 will be Myths and Legends. Think Nessie and Brothers Grimm’s tales, selkies and trolls, brownies and much more! We will be able to explore tales, stories, music and poetry from across Scotland and we can’t wait.} 

We know that we are haven’t yet been able to enjoy the Underwater theme we had planned for our 2020 and 2021 festivals but we felt like we needed to start next years festival with a fresh new look. Plus we are on the search for some new artistic talent for our 2022 artwork. See all the info below.

_{We have launched a search for exciting new artists & designers across Scotland’s Art Schools to bring to life the artwork for their 2022 Festival. The design tender is  open to all students currently studying at Scottish Arts Schools and colleges, and those who have graduated in the last 12 months.}

_{The 2022 theme is ‘Myths and Legends’ and inspiration can be taken from the tales, stories, music and poetry locally and across Scotland. Students are asked to submit a short written proposal along with examples of their work for consideration by the deadline of 10th January 2022.}
